No Pain no Gain Anonymous

The difference btw an amateur and a professional athlete is that a professional athlete has a high tolerance of pain. He has trained himself to run through the pain barrier. The only way to be a better runner is to run at your level of pain and you body will natural adopt to it. Once you have adopted at one level you then try to run at the next level of pain. Keep raising the bar and you will see improvement.
